Our Super Neighborhood Boundaries
The Greater Eastwood/Lawndale/Wayside Super Neighborhood encompasses a vibrant and diverse section of Houston’s East End. Our community is defined by the following boundaries:
Northern Border: Capitol Street and the MKT Railroad
Eastern Border: Griggs Road
Southern Border: The Gulf Freeway (I-45)
Western Border: The RB & I Railroad
This area includes several historic neighborhoods, parks, schools, and local businesses that together form the rich tapestry of our community. Our Super Neighborhood Council collaborates with residents, business owners, and city officials to address issues and enhance the quality of life within these boundaries.
